No canned presentations for me!

When an organization begins the process of designing their training series, they begin with a comprehensive Needs Assessment. An assessment includes some of the following questions:

• What is the goal of the training/series?
• Which topics will be covered?
• How much time will be spent in class?
• What is the budget?
• How many people will be included in the training/series?
• What form(s) of technology will be utilized?
• How much previous knowledge do the participants have in the area that will be covered?

It's not an uncommon practice for some trainers/consultants to use "canned" or packaged training programs/curricula. Each program must be customized in order to give us the best results because each organization has its own unique culture, mission and needs. 

I pride myself on learning about the organization, their people, concerns and strengths. 

No canned presentations/training will come from Lisa Fields & Associates!
